kick-start their career with a paid 6-12 month apprenticeship in 2025. This
program will allow participants to build technical and soft skills while
gaining invaluable exposure to the global finance sector. Macquarie, known for

Program Overview
As part of Macquarie’s apprenticeship, you will follow a structured
training path that blends hands-on experience with formal learning. Each
apprentice will be paired with a mentor and a buddy for guidance and support
throughout the program.
Available Opportunities
Technology: Gain skills across data management, platforms, and project
transformation. You will develop expertise in data generation, analysis, and
reporting, with practical applications in live projects.
Data: Work alongside project managers and subject matter experts to
assist in the design, build, and testing phases of projects. You’ll play a key
role in maintaining data quality and governance within the Enterprise Data
Management framework.
Risk: Learn risk management principles and support the Risk Management
Group through exposure to data operations, analytics, internal audit, control
assurance, and operations management.

fixed-term or permanent work experience.
Strong academics: Applicants should demonstrate strong academic
performance, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
