Job Summary

As a Sales Support Assistant, you’ll be a key part of an integrated team that supports Sales Support Representatives (SSR), Order Management Coordinators (OMC), and Account Executives (AE). This role is focused on providing general sales support and customer service while managing order and purchase processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfill special customer requirements as identified.
• Prepare weekly order status and shipping reports for SSR and AE.
• Manage order backlog and open purchase orders.
• Assist with sales forecasting and generate weekly reports.
• Act as a liaison between Legal, Credit, and Finance departments for information retrieval.
• Support deal registration, tracking, and document management for order closures.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries related to orders and invoicing.
• Provide training and backup support to other team members.
• Ensure adherence to Logicalis policies, Federal, State, and Local regulations.
• Maintain a commitment to customer service and reflect the organization’s core values.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma (equivalent combinations of education and experience accepted).
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and function in a fast-paced team environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Physical Demands:

The role requires standard office-related physical tasks such as sitting, standing, talking, seeing, and hearing. Occasional lifting or movement of up to 10 pounds may be required. Logicalis provides reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $42,100 to $52,600 annually.
