Introduction

Live It Up, a dynamic early-stage startup, is seeking a Virtual Assistant - Social Media to join their team remotely in 2024. The company focuses on promoting health and wellness through natural supplement powders made from organic superfoods, such as their best-selling Super Greens. Social media plays a critical role in building the brand’s visibility and community engagement.

This part-time role is perfect for candidates with proven experience in social media management, customer engagement, and general virtual assistant tasks. As the face of Live It Up on social platforms, you’ll interact with the brand’s community, foster relationships, and help drive growth by responding to comments and messages, conducting research, and managing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage and oversee daily activities on social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

·         Respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.

·         Stay up-to-date on platform updates and best practices for organic social media growth.

·         Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

·         Collaborate with Growth and Customer Service teams to align social media with broader business objectives.

·         Conduct internet research and summarize findings in spreadsheets.

·         Handle social media-related administrative tasks as needed.

Who You Are:

·         Detail-oriented, with a commitment to high-quality work.

·         Tech-savvy, with a quick ability to learn new tools.

·         Strong communicator, comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

·         Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable making decisions in ambiguous situations.

·         Humble, eager to learn, and open to feedback.

Qualifications:

·         At least 3 years of experience in remote virtual assistant work and social media management.

·         Proven experience managing social media for businesses or brands.

·         Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.

·         Proficiency in tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms like Zendesk or Gorgias.

·         Familiarity with social media management tools like SproutSocial, Hootsuite, or Buffer is a plus.

·         Startup experience or experience in fast-paced environments is preferred.

Work Schedule:

This position requires a minimum of 25 hours per week, with availability during these times:

·         Training Period: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM ET

·         Post-Training:

o    Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM ET

o    Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM ET

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere, as long as you have a quiet and professional workspace.

Compensation:

·         The role offers a pay of $5/hour USD.
