Key Responsibilities
As an
Analyst in the EDD team, you will be responsible for:

Due Diligence: Conduct Integrity, Counterparty, and Senior
Management Due Diligence checks to help clients assess risks related to
reputation, regulations, and jurisdictional issues.
·
Research: Utilize a wide variety of online sources,
including commercial registries and corporate databases across different
countries and languages, to gather relevant data.
·
Translation and Summarization: Translate and summarize information from
foreign languages into concise and accurate English reports.
·
Report Delivery: Combine research and analytical skills to
create timely, relevant reports for international clients and teams.
Job Requirements
Mandatory
Skills:
·
Secondary Research Skills: Strong research abilities using multiple
online sources and databases.
·
Accounting Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial statements
and accounting principles.
·
Regulatory Understanding: Knowledge of regulatory frameworks,
corporate structures, and ownership breakdowns.
·
Database Experience: Familiarity with screening databases like LexisNexis,
World Check, Dow Jones, and other news sources.
·
Translation Skills: Ability to translate foreign-language
information into clear English reports.
Preferred
Skills:
·
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce: A background in commerce or related fields.
·
Experience: 0-1 year of relevant experience in a
similar role, especially in professional services, third-party KPO, or internal
research/strategy teams.
·
Independence: Ability to work with limited supervision
while delivering high-quality results.
·
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication
skills.
·
Attention to Detail: Ability to deliver precise and high-quality
outputs.
·
Adaptability: Flexibility to work in dynamic
environments, meeting strict deadlines.
·
Integrity: High level of personal integrity and
discretion in maintaining confidentiality.
·
Foreign Language Proficiency: While not mandatory, proficiency in a
foreign language is an added advantage.
