Job Overview:
Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)
Location: Pune, India
As a Graduate
Engineer Trainee in the LLE team at Konecranes, you will be responsible for
performing engineering tasks related to product development, support, and order
engineering. This is an ideal opportunity for freshers with a mechanical
engineering background to gain hands-on experience in engineering processes and
work with cutting-edge material handling solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
·
Interpret
technical specifications and design products/components within the project
scope.
·
Prepare
engineering drawings using 2D and 3D CAD tools like AutoCAD and NX.
·
Perform
mechanical and structural calculations to validate designs.
·
Create
layouts and generate sales solutions based on design calculations.
·
Collaborate
with stakeholders to explain designed solutions and address any queries.
·
Perform
offer engineering tasks following established procedures.
·
Support
product development and order engineering processes as required.

Qualifications:

Education:
B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
·
Experience:
0-1 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
·
Skills: Strong mechanical
aptitude and proficiency in 2D (AutoCAD) and 3D tools (NX).
·
Communication:
Good written and spoken English, with the ability to explain technical designs
clearly.
·
Problem-Solving:
A proactive "can-do" attitude with the ability to generate practical
solutions.
Additional Skills (Advantageous but not mandatory):

Knowledge
of cranes and material handling equipment.
