The Role
As an Advanced AI
Data Trainer fluent in Malayalam, you’ll play a critical role in training
the next generation of AI. Your day-to-day activities will include guiding the
AI to understand and communicate in Malayalam while ensuring its responses are
accurate, safe, and valuable.
In essence, you’ll
act as a tutor, guiding the AI to better understand and respond to human
interactions. Whether it's evaluating knowledge or helping the AI refine its
skills, your efforts will improve the future of AI-driven conversations.
Key Responsibilities:

Training the AI:
Generate sample conversations, acting as both the user and the AI. Help the AI
interpret and analyze data from various sources, distinguishing between facts,
opinions, and behavioral patterns.
·
Evaluating the AI: Continuously assess AI outputs for accuracy, relevance,
and safety. Ensure the AI adheres to strict guidelines while improving its
responses.
·
Testing the AI:
Stress-test the AI to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement. Help
document issues and propose new training methods for better performance.
The Ideal Candidate
If you’re passionate
about language, love reading, writing, and analyzing information, this role is
for you. You don’t need a formal technology background, but a strong interest
in linguistics and language comprehension is key.
You are:

A
fluent Malayalam speaker (C1 - C2) and proficient in English (B1 - C1).
·
A
dedicated grammarian and natural writer who enjoys refining content.
·
A
voracious reader who stays curious and loves learning new concepts.
·
An
observant listener who can discern nuances in language and meaning.
·
A
self-aware educator who loves teaching and explaining concepts to
others.
This position is

Compensation & Career Growth
This entry-level
position offers competitive pay starting at $6.00 to $15.00 per hour, with room
for growth into senior AI training or project management roles. The work is
flexible, remote, and offers a chance to develop a meaningful career in AI
training.
Requirements:

Fluency
in Malayalam (C1-C2 level)
·
Conversational
proficiency in English (B1-C1 level)
·
Willingness
to work flexible hours, ideally aligned with EST or PST time zones.
