This hybrid internship is perfect for motivated individuals eager to gain
hands-on experience in procurement and strategic sourcing. If you’re ready to

Program Details:
·
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid; minimum of 3 days in-office
required)
·
Start Date: Immediate
·
Reporting to: Procurement Operations Supervisor, Pacific US
·
Collaboration: Overlap with US working hours 2-3 times a week
What You’ll Do as an Intern:
As a Procurement Operations Intern, you will work on real-world
procurement projects and be exposed to various aspects of procurement
processes, such as:
·
Sourcing & Contracting: Assist with sourcing,
requisitioning, contracting, and supplier management.
·
Data Validation: Update and validate contract data within the software
asset management system.
·
Supplier Onboarding: Support the supplier
onboarding process and handle supplier management activities like risk
validation and business reviews.
·
Contract Management: Maintain the procurement
contract repository, upload documents, and manage contract signatures and
archiving.
·
Stakeholder Support: Execute purchase requests,
handle PO changes, and maintain supplier records.
·
Reporting: Assist with procurement reporting and help maintain
data integrity.

or equivalent experience in procurement/business operations.
