Introduction
Greendzine Technologies is looking for fresh graduates to join as Graduate
Trainees in Software Development at their Bangalore location.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates passionate about web development, with
a focus on ReactJS-based applications. If you have a background in
computer science or related fields, and are eager to grow in a dynamic tech
environment, this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities
As a Web
Application Development Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
1. Front-End
Development:
Designing and building intuitive user interfaces using ReactJS.
2. Responsive
Design:
Implementing responsive design principles to ensure optimal performance across
various devices.
3. Component
Development:
Developing reusable React components and libraries to streamline the
development process.
4. Collaboration
with UX/UI Designers: Working
closely with designers to translate mock-ups into functional, efficient
components.
5. Code
Quality: Writing
clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best
practices.
6. Testing: Conducting thorough testing to identify and
resolve bugs or performance issues.
7. Performance
Optimization:
Enhancing web application performance through code optimization techniques.
8. Stay
Updated: Keeping
up with the latest trends and advancements in web technologies and tools.
9. Team
Collaboration:
Participating in team meetings, code reviews, and brainstorming sessions to
contribute ideas and feedback.
10. Troubleshooting: Assisting in troubleshooting and debugging
production issues to ensure the smooth operation of web applications.
Requirements
Knowledge,
Skills, and Abilities:
·
Strong technical aptitude and communication skills.
·
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
·
Fluent in English (multilingual is a plus).
·
Experience working in cross-functional teams and good
presentation skills.
·
Travel readiness for business purposes.
·
Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile
methodology, GitHub, and responsive web design.
·
Intermediate proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and ReactJS.
Qualification:
·
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum 7.0 CGPA in:
o Computer
Science / Computer Applications
o Information
Technology
o Electronics
and Communication
o Electrical
and Electronics
·
Freshers are eligible, with a maximum of 1 year of
total experience.
Benefits
·
Salary During Training:
o INR
30,000/month for
Master’s degree holders.
o INR
25,000/month for
Bachelor’s degree holders.
·
Post-Training Salary: Upon successful completion of the 12-month
training period, full-time employment will be offered with an annual salary
ranging from INR 4,50,000 to 6,50,000.
·
Additional Benefits:
o Exposure

to travel to customer locations for deployment.

the training period.
