Job Role: Desktop Support Analyst I
Location: Bangalore, India
Position: Full-time, Entry-level
Key Responsibilities
As a Desktop
Support Analyst I at Granicus, you will:
·
First-Level IT Support: Provide initial support to end users for software,
hardware, and networking issues via phone, email, instant messaging,
and direct contact.
·
System Setup & Troubleshooting: Set up, test, and troubleshoot laptops,
desktops, and mobile devices for internal users.
·
User Account Management: Manage user accounts and provisioning across
Office 365, Active Directory, and other Microsoft ecosystem services.
·
System Configuration & Upgrades: Assist with installing, configuring,
updating, and upgrading systems to ensure they run smoothly.
·
Collaboration: Work closely with Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams
to address more complex IT issues and provide server support.
·
Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation
for system configurations and standard operating procedures.
·
System Monitoring: Routinely monitor installed systems and
infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
