Responsibilities of the Project Management Apprentice
1. Skill
Development & Training:

project management disciplines, including communication, change, and risk
management.

Tools & Techniques: Gain hands-on experience with tools and
techniques for data analysis, making data-driven recommendations, and managing
projects effectively.

Project Execution: Develop skills to coordinate internal
resources, share documentation, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Collaboration & Communication:

Teamwork: Build strong working relationships with
peers, leaders, and colleagues within Google.
·
Communication: Develop excellent communication skills,
necessary for effective project management and stakeholder engagement.

Documentation & Reporting: Understand project scope, including time
frames, budgets, and outcomes, ensuring thorough documentation and clear
reporting.

Innovation & Problem-Solving:

Minimum Qualifications Required
Educational
Background:

Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical
experience.
·
Experience: Less than 1 year of experience in a project
management role post-graduation.
Skills:
·
Google Workspace: Experience using tools like Gmail,
Chrome, Docs, Sheets, etc., or similar applications.
·
Communication Skills: Fluency in English, both written and verbal,
for effective collaboration.
·
Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to work with ambiguous tasks and
find solutions.
Preferred
Qualifications:

Industry Experience: Experience in any industry, including Events,
Media, Customer Service, Hospitality, Tourism, Accounting, and more.

Adaptability: Ability to work independently and within a
team framework, handling tasks with initiative.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills.
Work Locations & Relocation Assistance
Google’s
apprenticeships are available in Hyderabad, Gurugram, Bengaluru, and Mumbai.
Selected candidates will be matched with a team and are expected to work
on-site at their assigned location. Relocation assistance is provided
for those who need to move more than 100 km to their new office location,
making it easier for apprentices to settle into their new roles.
