About the Role: Management Trainee, HRO
As a Management
Trainee in HRO (Human Resource Operations), you will play a critical role
in supporting and transforming HR processes for Genpact’s clients. Your
responsibility will cover the end-to-end HR operations domain, ensuring that
employees' queries and requests are addressed effectively and that HR
operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
·
HR Operations Expertise: Manage tasks across various HRO domains such
as Travel, Insurance, Health & Welfare, COBRA, Payroll, Visa &
Immigration, Employee Onboarding, US HR policies, severance pay, US taxes (W2,
W4), and more.
·
Employee Support: Provide first-level support to employees
regarding issues like onboarding, recruitment, and grievances related to
various US HR policies.
·
Handling Employee Lifecycle Transactions: Assist managers in initiating and processing
various employee life cycle transactions like international transfers, internal
transfers, terminations, and organizational changes (e.g., manager changes, job
title updates).
·
Information Management: Update and process employee personal
information changes such as citizenship status, marital status, legal name, and
educational qualifications.
·
Termination Processing: Handle terminations for regular full-time
employees, interns, temps, consultants, and contractors, ensuring smooth
offboarding.
·
Coordination and Problem-Solving: Work with the staffing team to resolve any
discrepancies in new hires or transfer cases.
Key Qualifications
·
Minimum Qualification:
o Any
Graduate with
strong communication skills and sensitivity in handling employee grievances.
o Proficiency
in English with excellent verbal, written, presentation, and
interpersonal skills.
·
Preferred Qualification:
o A PGDBM
in HR is preferred.
o Prior
experience in US HRO domain is an added advantage.
