Role Overview: Management Trainee, HRO
As a
Management Trainee in the Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) domain, you will be
responsible for various HR functions, including onboarding, payroll, US HR
policies, employee life cycle management, and more. You will gain hands-on
experience in handling employee grievances, managing international transfers,
and coordinating with staffing teams, all while being a part of a dynamic and
inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Expert
in HRO Domain:
·
Handle various aspects of HRO including Travel, Insurance,
Health & Welfare, COBRA, Medicare, HIPPA, 401K, Payroll, Visa &
Immigration, and US HR Policies.
·
Provide first-level support to employees on matters like onboarding,
termination processing, severance pay, and US tax forms (W2, W4).
2. HR
Operations Management:
·
Perform daily HR tasks and manage helpdesk calls related to HR
operations.
·
Coordinate international transfers, internal transfers, and
temporary conversions.
3.
Employee Life Cycle Management:
·
Assist with changes in employee information such as citizenship,
marital status, job title, and shift changes.
·
Support managers in initiating transactions throughout the
employee life cycle, including onboarding and termination.
4.
Coordination & Support:
·
Work closely with the staffing team to address any new hire
discrepancies.
·
Process terminations for various roles including RFT, interns,
consultants, and contractors.
Skills & Qualifications Required
Minimum
Qualifications:
·
Any Graduate: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Soft Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal
skills to handle sensitive employee issues.
Preferred
Qualifications:
·
PGDBM in HR: Preferred for candidates looking to
specialize in the HR domain.
·
Experience in US HRO Domain: Previous exposure to the US HR landscape
will be an advantage.
