What Will You Do as a Product Support Intern?
As a Product
Support Intern at Facilio, you will play a crucial role in providing
top-notch service to our clients by resolving technical issues and ensuring
customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks will include:

Taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring they are
resolved effectively.

Analyzing and troubleshooting problems, identifying solutions to customer
concerns.

Collaborating with internal teams and developers to advocate for
customers and develop effective solutions.

Creating and updating documentation, including FAQs and knowledge
base articles.
·
Maintaining and enhancing standard operating procedures to
ensure efficiency.
Eligibility and Ideal Candidate
We are
looking for talented Engineering or MBA Graduates who are ready
to commit to a 6-month full-time internship at our Chennai office.
The ideal candidate should be:
