Job Overview:
Position: Process Associate
Location: Bangalore, India
Reports to: Team Leader
As a
Process Associate, you will be responsible for supporting HR and Payroll
processes for Eurofins' North American region, working closely with the US HR
& Payroll teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers and
professionals with up to four years of experience to enhance their project
management and transactional process skills in a global company.
Key Responsibilities:
·
Manage transactional processes related to HR & Payroll.
·
Support US HR and Payroll teams, especially with benefits and
reporting tasks.
·
Assist with semi-voice projects concerning HR and Payroll for the
North American region.
·
Develop process documentation and monitor SLAs.
·
Proactively manage customer issues and improve performance
metrics.
·
Maintain high standards in project delivery and collaborate with
international teams.

Qualifications:
·
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
·
0-4 years of experience managing HR or Payroll processes.
·
Experience in managing semi-voice projects.
·
Knowledge of US payroll processes is preferred. Experience with
Lawson is a plus.
·
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
·
Strong logical reasoning, analytical skills, and a passion for
learning.
·
Good verbal and written communication skills.
