In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of AI and automation technologies across various business processes, contributing to Ericsson’s data strategy. About This Opportunity

Reporting to the GFGO Data Office - Head of Advanced Tech AI & Automation, you will:

·         Identify and analyze business processes that can benefit from AI and machine learning (ML).

·         Work with large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for AI applications.

·         Provide actionable insights by analyzing and interpreting AI model results.

·         Collaborate with software developers, architects, and data scientists to design and implement AI-driven solutions.

·         Lead AI projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.

·         Communicate AI progress and challenges to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring smooth adoption of AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As an AI Business Analyst, you will:

·         Analyze business processes and data pain points for potential AI/ML-driven improvements.

·         Assist in defining AI model requirements and evaluating potential solutions.

·         Collaborate across departments to ensure AI projects are aligned with strategic business goals.

·         Develop and present data visualizations to communicate AI insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

·         Stay updated on AI trends and tools, recommending how they can be applied to benefit the organization.

Skills and Qualifications

Required Skills:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

·         Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.

·         Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.

·         Excellent communication skills for explaining complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

·         Problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.

Preferred Skills:

·         Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn).

·         Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI services (e.g., AWS, Snowflake).

·         Certification in business analysis or data analytics.
