Job Overview:
As a Recruiter
at Conduent, you will play a key role in sourcing, recruiting, screening, and
interviewing candidates across various job levels. The role requires the
ability to use deductive reasoning, solve problems, and interface with key
stakeholders. You will be responsible for following established recruitment
processes and contributing to the team’s success by ensuring the best talent is
hired.
Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Recruiting: Identify, recruit, and screen candidates
for various job levels.

Interviewing: Conduct interviews to assess candidates'
qualifications and fit for open positions.

Advertising: Post job advertisements in both digital and
print media.

Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are
kept throughout the recruitment process, including Equal Employment Opportunity

Reporting: Provide regular reports on recruitment
phases and progress.
·
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and key
stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Compliance: Adhere to Conduent’s policies and standards
to maintain ethical recruitment practices.
Skills & Qualifications:

A college or university degree is required (any
discipline).
·
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
·
Ability to use deductive reasoning and solve problems
independently.
·
Excellent interpersonal skills for exchanging complex
information and collaborating with team members.
·
Moderate guidance provided, but candidates must be self-driven
and able to complete tasks independently.
