Job Role: Customer Development Executive
As a Customer Development Executive, you will be
responsible for expanding the distribution of Colgate-Palmolive’s products,
executing customer development strategies, and ensuring sales objectives are
met within your designated zone. Your role will involve building relationships
with key stakeholders, optimizing in-store visibility, and driving market
insights.
Key Responsibilities
Distribution Management: Manage trade relationships,
bring new accounts under coverage, and drive sales through optimal activations.
In-store Management: Prioritize key accounts and
ensure top outlets in your route receive the best visibility.
Market Insights: Monitor competitive activities, new
products, and promotional schemes to gather market intelligence.
Data-driven Decisions: Use data to review
performance of sales associates, stockists, and overall business performance.
Training & Development: Train sales associates
on product knowledge and help them maximize sales efforts.
Relationship Building: Foster strong partnerships
with stockists and wholesalers to grow the category and share success stories.
Reporting: Compile and present reports based on
market visits and sales performance reviews.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG
companies, preferably in a similar role.
Education: Postgraduate degree in Business
Administration is required.
Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and
analytical abilities with a focus on problem-solving and data-driven
decision-making.
