Role Overview: Virtual Assistant - Executive Assistant

As a Virtual Assistant - Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks remotely, including managing executive schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating projects. Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative & Executive Support:

2. Coordination & Project Management:

·         Project Tracking: Assist with project management tasks using tools like Asana, Monday, or Trello to ensure deadlines are met.

3. Research & Standard Operating Procedures:

·         Research & Data Compilation: Conduct research to support executive decision-making and compile relevant data.

·         SOP Development: Help develop and update standard operating procedures to streamline operations.

Skills & Qualifications Required

Essential Skills:

·         Educational Background: College degree preferred.

·         Communication Skills: Professional-level English proficiency, both written and verbal.

·         Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRMs, time-tracking apps like Hubstaff, and project management software (Asana, Monday, Trello).

·         Hardware & Connectivity: Access to a computer/laptop with at least 25 Mbps internet speed, a noise-canceling headset, and an HD webcam. Backup systems for internet, power, and hardware are also required.

Preferred Experience:

·         Administrative Experience: Prior experience as an executive assistant or virtual assistant handling diverse administrative tasks.

·         Project Management: Knowledge of project management and the ability to use relevant software effectively.

·         Documentation & Research: Skilled in preparing professional documents and conducting detailed research.
