Job Role: Intern, Python Developer
Location: Remote (Work from Home) within India, with
occasional travel to Mumbai for business requirements or team events
Position: Intern, Python Developer
Key Responsibilities
As a Python
Developer Intern at Cactus Labs, you will:
·
Code Ownership: Take full responsibility for your work and
code, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
·
Collaboration: Work closely with Big Data Engineers,
Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, and SMEs to design and develop
solutions.
·
Product Understanding: Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and
users, contributing to product direction and user experience.
·
Code Reviews: Actively participate in code reviews,
setting high standards for yourself and your team.
·
Innovation & Learning: Stay updated on new technologies, quickly
adapt, and implement them in projects to maintain an edge in innovation.
Qualifications
& Prerequisites
·
Experience with Python: Ability to write highly efficient, scalable,
and functional code.
·
Familiarity with Apache Spark: Basic understanding or experience working
with Apache Spark is advantageous.
·
Cloud Environment Experience: Exposure to cloud platforms, especially AWS.
Experience with GCP or Azure is a plus.
·
Elasticsearch Knowledge: Experience with Elasticsearch is a
significant advantage.
·
Strong Fundamentals: Solid understanding of Data Structures
and Algorithms.
·
Technical Curiosity: Eagerness to experiment with cutting-edge
technology and learn rapidly.
