Job Role: Systems Developer Analyst II
Location: Remote (Work from Home) - Open to candidates
in India and Costa Rica
Position: Full-time
Key
Responsibilities
As a Systems
Developer Analyst II at BCD, you will:
·
Design & Develop: Analyze, design, code, test, and implement
application systems to meet management goals.
·
Application Maintenance: Maintain and support complex application
reporting systems using specified reporting tools.
·
Technical Analysis: Convert technical system designs and
requirements into efficient code.
·
Evaluate Technologies: Assess new development tools and
technologies to improve system performance.
·
Project Management: Run small to medium projects, defining
scope, business requirements, and overseeing development, implementation, and
support.
·
Stakeholder Communication: Engage with the Director of Software
Development, product managers, and customers to understand their needs and
provide effective solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
·
Experience:
o Previous
experience in application development and knowledge of the software
development lifecycle (SDLC).
o Strong
background in C# or Java, ASP.NET, Web APIs or Windows
Services, and SQL.
o Hands-on
experience with enterprise-level RDBMS, including writing well-optimized
stored procedures.
o Familiarity
with unit testing or automated testing frameworks.
·
Preferred Skills:
o Knowledge
of Jira, Confluence, C/C++, T-SQL, .NET, Web Security Models, MS
Project, MS Office, JavaScript, and HTML.
o Experience
with the travel industry is a plus.
·
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work
independently, and manage projects effectively.
