Job Overview:
Position: Associate, Data Engineer
Location: New Delhi, India
Bain's BCN Labs operates as a Center of Excellence (CoE) within the
company, providing cutting-edge, data-driven solutions across various
industries. The Associate Data Engineer will play a crucial role in developing
front-end and back-end applications to deploy advanced analytics models. The
position involves close collaboration with data scientists and building
applications that offer business-intuitive interfaces for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
·
Collaborate with data scientists to build and deploy automated,
data-driven solutions using orchestration tools like AirFlow.
·
Develop and maintain front-end interfaces for data science applications,
ensuring smooth user interactions.
·
Design and implement databases and data pipelines to support
analytics and machine learning models.
·
Integrate Python-based models with databases through RESTful
APIs for real-time analytics.
·
Utilize Docker and Git for application
containerization and version control.
·
Deploy applications on AWS, optimizing for
cost-efficiency and scalability.
·
Build internal tools and platforms using technologies like Django
or Streamlit to enhance team productivity.
·
Stay updated on emerging technologies in data engineering and
software development.
About You:
·
Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related
fields, or a Bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record.
·
1-3 years of experience in data engineering, software
development, and delivering data-driven solutions.
·
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, AJAX,
C or JAVA, with intermediate Python skills.
·
Experience with APIs (RESTful or otherwise)
and tools like Django or Streamlit (preferred but not mandatory).
·
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or
Azure, Docker, Git, and other relevant technologies (good to
have).
·
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
with excellent problem-solving and coding skills.
