Job Description

As a Trainee Associate - Compliance, you will assist the Head of Regulatory & Compliance Affairs with various day-to-day activities related to Drone Rules and Regulations. Your role will involve supporting compliance documentation, ensuring proper submission of reports, and helping maintain records for government approvals.

Key Responsibilities

·         Coordinate with Internal Stakeholders: Prepare necessary documentation for offline and online applications on the Digital Sky portal and other government platforms.

·         Application Management: Assist in processing Drone Type Certification, UIN generation, and Red/Yellow Zone applications.

·         Compliance Reporting: Prepare and submit quarterly reports to regulatory bodies like DGCA and MoD.

·         Audit Preparation: Collect documents and maintain records for external audits and compliance reviews.

·         Documentation & Record Keeping: Ensure records of all submitted applications and approvals are up to date.

·         Support in SOP Development: Assist in preparing SOPs, reports, letters, and presentations as required.

·         Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain contact details of external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

Qualifications

·         Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate with knowledge of Drone Rules 2021.

Desired Experience & Skills

·         Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the aviation/aerospace sector or industry bodies is preferred, but freshers with relevant knowledge are welcome.

·         Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and other local languages.

·         Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·         Communication: Strong ability to compose professional documentation, reports, and correspondence.

·         Organizational Skills: Highly organized with an attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

·         Quick Learner: Ability to quickly learn new systems and regulatory procedures.
