Job Role: Quality Tester Engineer
Location: Pune, India
Position: Full-time, Entry-level (Fresher)
Educational Qualification: BE or BTech
Key Responsibilities
As a Quality
Engineer (Tester) at Accenture, your responsibilities will include:

Automated Testing: Develop and execute automated test
scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, or other automated
testing platforms.
·
Continuous Testing: Perform continuous testing for security,
API, and regression suites to ensure software quality across the
application lifecycle.
·
Automation Strategy: Create automation strategies, scripts,
and support data and environment configuration to streamline testing
processes.
·
Code Reviews & Defect Tracking: Participate in code reviews, identify
defects, and report them to support continuous improvement activities.
·
Functional Testing: Conduct functional test planning and
execution, including creating test plans, test cases, and tracking defects.
·
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams
to identify, resolve, and prevent issues, ensuring seamless delivery.
Must-Have Skills
To
succeed in this role, you should have:

Experience in Automated Testing: Hands-on experience using Selenium,
Appium, or similar automated testing tools.
·
Understanding of Software Testing: Strong knowledge of software testing
methodologies and processes.
·
Defect Tracking & Reporting: Ability to create and maintain test
plans, test cases, and test scripts while effectively tracking and
reporting defects.
·
Programming Knowledge: Basic knowledge of programming languages
such as Java or Python to support automation and testing.
Good-to-Have Skills
·
Functional Test Planning: Experience in creating and executing functional
test plans.
·
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills to analyze
issues and identify solutions quickly.
·
Attention to Detail: Focus on maintaining high-quality standards,
ensuring comprehensive testing coverage.
