Job Role: Management Trainee
As a Management Trainee at Wipro, you will work
closely with the Finance Team and assist in various financial functions
such as accounting, profit and loss analysis, tax accruals,
and balance sheet reconciliations. The role will give you hands-on
experience in managing the financial controls of a global enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
·
Accounting Functions: Prepare and post
various accounting journals, including investments, expense accruals, tax
accruals, and amortization.
·
Profit and Loss Analysis: Perform trend
analysis during month-end closures, preparing P&L accounts and
balance sheet reviews.
·
Inter-Company Transactions: Conduct
inter-company transaction analysis and settlement processes.
·
Financial Forecasting: Assist in preparing
weekly P&L forecasts for senior management.
·
Board Pack Preparation: Create board
pack materials for executive presentations.
·
FX Hedging: Manage foreign
exchange hedging for APAC and EMEA regions.
·
Audit Assistance: Support annual and
tax audits by providing necessary documents and backups.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Wipro is looking for candidates with a strong foundation
in Accounting and Finance. The ideal candidate will possess:

Accounting/audit experience in a multinational
corporation.
·
Strong
proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SmartView.
·
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
·
An
attention to detail and control-oriented mindset.
·
Ability
to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
efficiently.
