Job Overview: Associate Order Management
As an Order
Management Associate, you will manage the complete Quote to Order
process, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and providing excellent
customer service. You will play a key role in Deal Desk operations,
tracking orders, assisting in contract management, and collaborating across
teams to deliver seamless order-to-cash processes.
Key Responsibilities:
·
Order Processing: Manage orders from VADs, Partners, Contract Specialists,
Sales Reps, and Customers for a range of products and services.
·
Quotation Management: Provide accurate quotes for licenses, support services,
renewals, and other products.
·
Contract Management: Assist in creating, reviewing, and managing contracts,
ensuring compliance with company policies.
·
Order Tracking & Inventory Management: Monitor order status, manage changes, and ensure timely
delivery while managing inventory.
·
Issue Resolution: Address order-related issues promptly, working with
internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve them.
·
Customer Support: Be a primary point of contact for customer inquiries
related to orders and product information.
·
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance order management
efficiency and improve customer experiences.
·
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of orders, contracts, and customer interactions.
Revenue Accounting Responsibilities:
In addition to Order
Management, you will assist the Revenue Accounting team by:
·
Ensuring
compliance with Corporate and SEC standards for revenue recognition.
·
Assisting
in processing revenue adjustments and reconciling balance sheet accounts.
·
Monitoring
revenue and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve inquiries.
Qualifications:
·
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
·
0-2 years
of experience in a Finance & Accounting domain, with experience in Quote
to Order processes being an advantage.
·
Proficiency in Excel and experience with tools like SFDC, Oracle,
or SAP is desired.
·
Strong
communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
·
Ability
to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
