Role Overview:
As a Trust &
Safety Intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring user satisfaction by
monitoring the platform and addressing customer concerns. You will be
responsible for resolving user issues via email, phone, chat, and social media,
helping maintain a safe and positive environment on ShareChat and Moj.
Responsibilities:

Customer Support:
Identify and assess user needs, delivering solutions that lead to customer
satisfaction.
·
Communication:
Build relationships through interactive communication, providing accurate
information.
·
Complaint Resolution: Handle complaints, offer solutions, and follow up to
ensure proper resolution.
·
Record-Keeping:
Maintain customer records, process accounts, and file documents as per
guidelines.
·
Team Collaboration: Work towards meeting personal and team targets related
to productivity and customer support.
Requirements:

Experience:
Proven experience in customer support with strong phone, email, and chat
handling skills.
·
Languages:
Proficiency in Punjabi and Hindi (reading, writing, and speaking)
is essential.
·
Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to adapt to different customer
types.
·
Tech Skills:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
·
Education:
Any graduate degree.
