Description: Business Developer Internship
Your
Role:
As a Business Developer intern, you will
report directly to the Senior Account Manager. Your initial focus will be on
aligning client needs with the best talent from our community of external
partners. Over time, your responsibilities will grow to include identifying new
client accounts and prospecting for opportunities that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Account Growth and Community
Management:

Build and manage relationships with
external partners (consulting firms, freelancers, recruitment firms).

Ensure alignment between client needs
and external partner proposals.

Oversee project delivery and manage the
