Job Role: Business Trainee
As a Business Trainee, you will work within Invesco’s Investment
Compliance team, which supports global compliance efforts from Hyderabad.
This role involves ensuring compliance with investment restrictions,
collaborating with the global compliance team, and applying analytical skills
to help monitor and report on trading activities.
Key Responsibilities:
·
Monitor investment restrictions and ensure compliance with
regulatory guidelines.
·
Learn and practice rule coding and testing
in Order Management Systems (OMS).
·
Identify potential breaches in compliance and
escalate them according to standard procedures.
·
Prepare documentation to support regulatory reviews
and audits, ensuring compliance with SEC and other regulations.
·
Collaborate with global legal and compliance
teams to monitor trading strategies.
·
Work on compliance-related projects and
suggest process improvements through automation or enhanced controls.
·
Present learnings and insights to the Compliance
team regularly.
Qualifications:
·
0-2 years of experience in the asset management
industry.
·
Strong knowledge of financial products and
proficiency in programming languages is a plus.
·
Familiarity with regulatory environments such as UCITS,
SFC, FCA, SEC, and ERISA is an added advantage.
·
Strong analytical skills and attention to
detail.
·
Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills.
·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Academic Requirements:
·
MBA in Finance or any professional qualification with finance
specialization.
