The Business Analyst will lead key transformational
projects that help establish and manage a global set of processes, delivering

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront

manage global projects related to finance and controlling processes,
collaborating with Capability Centers, Business Units (BUs), and related
functions.

Business Requirement Preparation: Provide business
requirements for changes in global controlling processes and ERP templates,
working closely with ERP controlling template product owners and finance
functions.

Financial Analysis Dashboards: Build and deliver
dashboards that provide key financial analysis for stakeholders and business
units.
·
Process Harmonization: Drive
harmonization and standardization of controlling processes in collaboration
with BUs and related functions.
·
Service Catalogue Management: Define and manage
the service catalogue for your area of responsibility, ensuring alignment with
Capability Centers, Shared Service Finance, and other relevant functions.
·
Change Request Management: Handle process
change requests in alignment with global controlling templates and related
finance functions.
·
Continuous Improvement: Support ongoing
improvement of controlling processes in collaboration with the CP&O
Capability Center.
·
Network Coordination: Coordinate key and
power user networks globally, acting as the global template/product owner for
the area of responsibility.
·
Audit Representation: Represent the
global controlling processes and ERP controlling templates to internal and
external auditors.

Your Background and Qualifications
