Role Overview: Management Trainee (Power BI)
In this role, you’ll
focus on leveraging Power BI and SQL to manage client needs,
build data models, and create compelling visualizations that help businesses
make informed decisions. If you have a knack for data preparation, reporting,
and dashboard creation, this opportunity is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Power BI
Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Data Preparation/Modelling: Efficiently handle data for visualization purposes.
·
Reporting & Solution Architecture: Understand reporting requirements and deliver timely
reports and dashboards.
·
Dashboard Design: Create interactive, intuitive Power BI dashboards that
enable data-driven decisions.
·
Performance Optimization: Monitor and fine-tune dashboard performance for optimal
usage.
·
Data Connectivity: Connect Power BI to SQL servers and other data sources.
·
SQL & Data Warehousing: Apply strong SQL and Business Intelligence (BI) concepts
to solve complex data problems.
·
ETL Experience (SSIS): While not mandatory, knowledge of ETL tools like SSIS
is a significant advantage.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
·
Education:
BE/B-Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, BSc/MSc or equivalent degree.
·
Relevant Experience: Prior experience in Power BI and SQL.
Preferred Skills:
·
Experience
with ETL tools, preferably SSIS.
·
Strong
communication and analytical skills.
·
Proficiency
in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
