Job Role: Consultant - L1 Engineer
As a Consultant - L1 Engineer, you will provide essential
first-line technical support to the data engineering team. Your role will
involve solving complex data issues, automating scripts, and ensuring the
smooth running of data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Technical Support: Offer first-line technical
support for data engineering platforms, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving
issues.
2.
Data Correction & Automation: Handle data correction,
script automation, and data consolidation tasks to maintain data
accuracy and streamline processes.
3.
Pipeline Maintenance: Assist in creating and
maintaining data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks.
4.
Platform Support: Work closely with the Data
Engineering team to ensure the smooth operation of the Data Engineering
Platform (DEP).
5.
Hyperion System Management: Implement and manage Hyperion
systems to support data and financial operations.

Documentation & Collaboration: Develop and maintain technical

Research & Development: Participate in ongoing
research and development to promote innovation and improve existing processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Technical Support
Specialist or a similar role.
·
Strong knowledge of SQL, ADF, Databricks,
and Hyperion systems.
·
Experience with data correction, script
automation, and data consolidation.

A solid understanding of data engineering
principles and methodologies.
