Job Overview
BP, a global energy leader, is conducting an
off-campus drive for the position of Design Integration Analyst at their
Pune location. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates aiming to

offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between office and remote
work.
Key Responsibilities
·
Learning Transition: Ensure
smooth transition of new learning offers while providing expert advice on
system functionality and configurations.
·
Customer Service: Deliver
top-tier service to both internal and external customers.
·
System Configuration: Manage
and configure organizational changes within BP’s internal systems, including
Cornerstone and Salesforce.
·
Organizational Change Management:
Maintain high standards of data and delivery, addressing risks and issues when
necessary.
·
Collaboration: Build
strong relationships with content owners, ensuring alignment with BP’s service
and data standards.
·
Data Management:
Maintain high standards for data integrity in learning-related processes.
·
Training Assignments: Process
training requests through BP’s learning tools, adhering to the operating model.
·
E-Learning: Oversee
the publication of e-learning materials, conducting thorough testing and
validation.
·
Learner Queries: Address
complex learner queries, managing expectations with time-sensitive resolutions.
·
Vendor Management: Work
closely with procurement teams to onboard training vendors.
·
Collaboration with GSO:
Participate in various project streams, collaborating with BP’s Global
Solutions Organisation (GSO).
Eligibility Criteria
·
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
·
Skills:
Experience with the learning life-cycle is a plus.
