Introduction:

 Are you passionate about data analysis and business intelligence? AXA XL is looking for fresh graduates to join as Associate Consultants in Gurgaon. As part of the Claims BI and Reporting team, you'll play a pivotal role in developing key performance reports, dashboards, and analytics for the Claims function. Job Profile: Associate Consultant (BI and Reporting)

As an Associate Consultant, you’ll work closely with the Claims team to build and optimize reports, dashboards, and strategies for operational and analytical purposes. You will also support ad-hoc reporting requests and collaborate with stakeholders to drive key decisions with data insights.

Experience: 0-2 years

Key Responsibilities:

·         Business Process Understanding: Analyze business processes and operational requirements to develop reports and dashboards that meet the needs of internal stakeholders.

·         Data Analytics & Reporting: Develop operational, regulatory, and analytical reports using Power BI, Advanced Excel, VBA Macros, and other business intelligence tools.

·         Stakeholder Management: Work with regional and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and build custom Excel-based and Power BI dashboards.

·         Compliance & Data Quality: Ensure data quality, governance, and timely delivery of reports.

·         Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and existing infrastructure.

·         Business Reviews: Build PowerPoint presentations for business reviews and management decisions.

Required Skills and Abilities:

·         Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant field such as Insurance, Finance, or Accounting.

·         Proficiency in Advanced Excel, VBA Macros, Power BI, and MS Access.

·         Strong knowledge of data analytics and data modeling.

·         Experience in building dashboards and reports using Power BI, with cloud automation tools such as Power Automate.

·         Effective communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail.

Desired Skills:

·         Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.

·         Problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

·         A proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
