This opportunity is open to graduates from engineering and IT disciplines across India, with positions available in major cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Gurugram, and more.

Job Role: Packaged App Development Associate

As a Packaged App Development Associate, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and supporting software applications tailored to business requirements. You’ll work in fast-paced environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Application Development: Design, build, test, and configure applications using client business requirements.

·         Technical Support: Provide frontline support to clients, assisting them with technical issues via email, phone, and remote support.

·         Automation & Integration: Participate in developing automation solutions and integrating new functionalities into existing systems.

·         Incident Resolution: Handle incident tickets, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Skills:

·         Knowledge in ABAP Development on HANA, Salesforce configuration, or J2EE full-stack development.

·         Experience in .NET development (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC).

·         Familiarity with test automation engineering, including test case creation and test scenario design.

·         Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

·         Education: Any engineering stream of B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc (CS/IT/Data Science/Computer Applications) with a pass-out year up to 2024.

·         Experience: Freshers or up to 23 months of work experience.

·         No active backlogs at the time of application or during onboarding.

·         Candidates must complete their degree within the stipulated duration (e.g., B. Tech completed in 4 years).

·         Indian citizenship is required; Bhutan and Nepal nationals do not need a visa to work in India.

Assessment Process:

1.    Mock Assessment: A practice test to ensure system readiness.

2.    Cognitive and Technical Assessment: A 90-minute test covering English ability, critical thinking, abstract reasoning, and technical skills like MS Office, pseudocode, networking, and cloud fundamentals.

3.    Coding Assessment: Solve coding challenges in C, C++, Java, Python, or .NET.

4.    Communication Assessment: Test your communication skills, including sentence mastery, vocabulary, and fluency.
