Job Description

School of IT Infrastructure Management

Wipro Technologies, renowned for its innovation, has introduced a cutting-edge model in higher education with the SIM – School for IT Infrastructure Management. This program allows diploma holders to obtain a B.Tech in Information Systems from a University recognized as an "Institute of Eminence" (IoE) by the Government of India, while simultaneously working as a full-time employee at Wipro. The B.Tech degree will be fully sponsored by Wipro.

The SIM program equips students with essential training in platform skills and behavioral skills, preparing them to meet the dynamic challenges of the Information Technology sector.

Eligibility Criteria

· 10th Standard: Pass

· 12th Standard: Pass

· Diploma: 50% and above in:

o Computer Science

o Information Technology

o Electronics

o Telecommunication

o Electrical and Electronics Engineering

Additional Criteria

· Maximum of 3 years of education gap allowed between 10th and commencement of Diploma.

· Only full-time Diploma courses permitted; no part-time, correspondence, or distance learning.

· Core Mathematics mandatory in Diploma (Business Maths & Applied Maths not considered).

· Open school or distance education allowed in 10th & 12th.

· Maximum of one backlog allowed till the assessment process; backlogs must be cleared with the 6th semester.

· Candidates must be Indian citizens or hold a PIO or OCI card; Bhutan and Nepal nationals need to submit citizenship certificates.

· Candidates who participated in any Wipro selection process in the last three months are not eligible.

· Candidates must be 18 years or above at the time of onboarding.

Round 1: Online Assessment

· Duration: 80 minutes

· Sections:

o Verbal: 20 mins, 20 questions

o Analytical: 20 mins, 20 questions

o Quantitative: 20 mins, 20 questions

o Written Communication Test: 20 mins

Round 3: HR Discussion

Round 4: Pre-Skilling Training

Service Agreement

· Duration: 48 months

· Note: A payback of the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis is required if you leave the organization within this period.
