Internship Opportunities
Software Apprenticeship
Key Responsibilities:

· Work closely with the Digital Solutions Lead to consolidate business requirements and ideate solutions.

· Collaborate with Visualization Engineers and Application Architects to validate ideas and approaches.

· Engage with multiple stakeholders and team members to derive value outcomes.

· Define technology objectives and assess solution options.

· Communicate openly with stakeholders and provide timely updates on status and issues.

· Develop technology skills in Java, microservice design patterns, Open Source libraries, and frameworks.

· Draft technical design documentation and component testing documents.

· Seek opportunities to upskill in both front-end and back-end technologies.

Procurement Apprenticeship
Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the Strategic Buyer using a ticket-based system.

· Create and update purchase documents and follow up with requesters on any issues.

· Create RFX sourcing events and follow up for bids.

· Perform invoice clearance and assist with invoice-related queries.

· Handle vendor onboarding and NDA creation.

Finance Apprenticeship
Key Responsibilities:

· Sort through emails and organize queries, statements, and invoices.

· Scan postal mail invoices and upload them to Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).

· Perform validations on scanned invoices in SAP.

· Maintain a log of received invoices for statistical purposes.

· Assist the Proactive Invoice Processing (PIP) team with matching approvals and input.

· Resolve invoice exceptions and follow up with logistics and business for approvals.

· Reconcile statements and work with vendors to resolve discrepancies.

· Respond to queries within 48 hours.

Qualification/Experience Required

· Pursuing or graduated in a relevant field.

· Excellent communication and user empathizing skills.
