Primary Responsibilities
The role, based in Mumbai, involves working with the Japan Content &
Corporate Access Team. It requires a fast-learning, dynamic, proactive, and
self-motivated person to assist the team in daily activities. Responsibilities
include:

Maintaining the Meeting Agenda: Coordinate with analysts in
the Japan region to schedule morning meetings daily.

Research Summaries: Compile summaries of published
research.
·
Tracking Research Changes: Track and report changes to
stock ratings and price targets made by research.
·
Calendar Management: Maintain a calendar of events
highlighting team-arranged events and market these to clients.
·
Event Tracking: Maintain a database and track events organized by
the team, regularly presenting the data for easy interpretation.
·
Corporate Access Website Data Management: Ensure the team’s Corporate
Access event details are accurately uploaded and maintained on the firm
website.
·
Investor Profiles: Create investor profiles for
conferences.
·
Product Development: Develop products for the
Corporate Access team and provide support.
·
Ad Hoc Data Gathering: Assist the Corporate Access
desks in data gathering for corporates and investors as needed.
Qualifications
Skills Required
(Essential):

MBA with 0-1 years of experience or graduates with
1-2 years of equity market work experience.
·
Knowledge of financial markets and participants is
essential.
·
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·
Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
·
High degree of attention to detail.
·
Knowledge of VBA/Macro is advantageous.
·
Proactive in learning and executing tasks.
·
Strong analytical skills.
