Consultant Intern, 2025 - India
As a Consultant Intern at MasterCard, you will have the opportunity to
work on some of the most challenging and impactful strategic questions faced by
the world’s biggest brands. Our Services division is responsible for acquiring,
engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing
cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. As an intern, you
will be a key player in delivering value-added services and leveraging
data-driven insights to help our clients succeed.
Make an Impact as a Consultant Intern
In this role, you will work within small teams, collaborating to solve
strategic challenges for our clients. From the moment you join, you will make
meaningful contributions by taking ownership of deliverables and building
relationships with external clients. Your focus will be on technology and data,
providing you with broad exposure to a range of industries, including financial
services, retail, restaurants, and hospitality.
As a Consultant Intern, you will:

for two career tracks that make up our team:
1. Strategy & Transformation (S&T)
In this track, you will guide clients through strategic, tactical,
operational, and transformational challenges to enhance their performance and
operations. Our engagements span diverse areas, including product development,
marketing, customer loyalty, and innovation. You will work with clients from
various industries, including several Fortune 500 companies, to help them solve
complex strategic questions.

Team members typically support 1-3 projects concurrently, with each

drive data-led consulting solutions for our clients. You will analyze vast

trends, build propensity models, develop data visualizations, and synthesize
insights into cohesive strategies.
