· Fair knowledge of troubleshooting Zoom rooms and infrastructure related to it.

· Experience in troubleshooting various forms of software problems (e.g., operating system and application programs).

· BS/BE with a record of high academic achievement.

· A+ certification or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator.
