Position Summary

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Regal Rexnord, you will be responsible for:

· Daily Line Analysis: Conducting daily line analysis and taking necessary actions.

· Issue Resolution: Leading the resolution of recurring issues on the line and monitoring corrections and preventions.

· Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinating with all stakeholders to prevent the recurrence of issues.

· Supplier Visits: Visiting suppliers as needed to audit or support the resolution of critical issues.

· Quality MIS Reports: Preparing Quality Management Information System (MIS) reports.

Required Education/Qualifications/Experience/Skills

· Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a premier institute.

· Skills:

o Good analytical skills.

o Good communication skills (both written and oral).
