Engineer Analyst - Human Capital Management
Location: Hyderabad,
Telangana, India
Responsibilities:

Develop Web-Based Applications: Build and enhance web-based
applications to simplify and improve the user experience.

Software Development: Analyze, design, develop,
test, and support enterprise applications and batch software solutions.
·
Business Process Understanding: Collaborate with business
teams to understand needs, develop process workflows, and define data
requirements.

Technical Documentation: Participate in creating
technical specifications, high-level and detailed design documents, and test
and implementation plans.

User Support: Provide support to users by troubleshooting issues,
offering workarounds, and escalating complex problems to technology management.
Requirements:

Proficiency in Java or Other OO Languages: Strong understanding of
Object-Oriented programming languages like Java.

Web Services Knowledge: Basic understanding of Web
services and SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) is essential.

Database Experience: Experience with relational
databases such as Oracle or Sybase is required.

Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with cloud
infrastructure, particularly AWS, is a significant advantage.
