As a Customer Success Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that new hires are smoothly integrated into Harris Global. You will play a crucial role in various stages of the employee lifecycle, from final interviews to exit management.

1.       Conducting Final Interviews:

o    Schedule and conduct "Culture and Fitment" interviews with candidates.

o    Develop an interview framework that assesses candidates' alignment with company values, teamwork abilities, and adaptability.

2.      Pre-joining Engagement:

o    Implement strategies to build rapport with new hires before they officially join.

o    Set the stage for a successful onboarding experience.

3.      Onboarding Support:

o    Guide new hires through the onboarding process.

o    Provide resources, answer queries, and help them understand company policies, procedures, and culture.

4.     Support for Hiring Managers:

o    Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and challenges.

o    Offer guidance on best practices for managing and developing their teams.

5.      Identify Employee Support Needs:

o    Monitor the progress and performance of new hires.

o    Provide constructive feedback to address any gaps and promote improvement.

6.     Performance Tracking:

o    Implement mechanisms to monitor and evaluate employee performance.

o    Maintain performance dashboards that provide insights to hiring managers and GBS management.

7.      Discipline Issues:

o    Address policy violations in conjunction with HR and legal departments.

o    Support managers in handling disciplinary actions appropriately.

8.     Confirmation and Professional Development:

o    Collaborate with HR to manage the confirmation process for new hires.

o    Facilitate professional development opportunities to enhance skills and foster employee growth.

9.     Engagement and Retention:

o    Implement strategies to boost employee engagement and retention.

o    Regularly assess employee satisfaction and work with managers to develop action plans for improvement.

10.  Partnerships and Collaboration:

o    Build partnerships with various Business Units and HR functions.

o    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address specific needs and challenges.

11.    Support to HR Team:

o    Assist HR in initiatives such as policy development, employee surveys, and talent management.

o    Provide insights from new hires and hiring managers to contribute to HR strategies.

12.   Exit Management:

o    Conduct exit interviews and assist employees with offboarding procedures.

o    Manage full and final settlements.

·         Customer NPS (Net Promoter Score): Measures customer satisfaction and loyalty.

·         Customer Health Score: Assesses the likelihood of growing the existing headcount in the BU.

·         Customer Referral Rate: Percentage of customers engaged in referrals or case studies.

·         Cross-Selling Within BU: Ability to increase existing business by creating opportunities within other departments.

·         Customer Onboarding Duration: Time taken to onboard new managers/BUs.

·         First Contact Resolution Rate: Percentage of inquiries resolved during the first interaction.

·         CES (Customer Effort Score): Measures the effort customers put into interacting with GBS.
