Job Overview
Barclays is seeking a ServiceNow Test Engineer to join their team
in Pune. This role involves supporting various Wholesale Onboarding initiatives
and ensuring compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) processes.
Key Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow Test Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

KYC Processing & Quality Checking: Support Wholesale Onboarding
initiatives, including KYC processing, reviewing, and quality checking.
·
Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients and
front office teams to gather Customer Due Diligence information and onboard or
refresh client KYC in line with documented policies.
·
Process Alignment: Work with various teams across
the bank to align and integrate Wholesale Onboarding processes.
·
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement
in the onboarding processes and provide recommendations for change.
·
Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement procedures and controls to
mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
·
Reporting: Develop reports and presentations on Wholesale
Onboarding performance and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
·
Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to
implement best practices in Wholesale Onboarding.
·
Project Participation: Participate in projects and
initiatives aimed at improving onboarding efficiency and effectiveness.

Communication: Guide and persuade team members and communicate
complex or sensitive information effectively.

Stakeholder Management: Act as a contact point for
stakeholders outside your immediate function and build a network of contacts
outside the team and organization.
