Responsibilities of the Candidate:
·
Designing, improving, and analyzing analog circuits
for the IP Development Group.
·
Handling circuits such as CMOS Amplifiers, LDO,
Bandgap, Reference Generators, Comparators, Oscillators, Charge Pumps, Current
Mirrors, and V2I converters.
·
Ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of
hard-core IPs using custom PVT, Monte, reliability, ERC, TAV, and net listing
flows.
·
Collaborating with other local and global teams for
a deep understanding and improvement of assigned circuits.
·
Documenting work done in the form of text, videos,
confluence, or any other required method.
·
Demonstrating leadership skills in planning,
area/time estimation, scheduling, delegation, and execution to meet project
schedules/milestones in multiple project environments.
·
Guiding junior team members in their execution of
sub-block level layouts and reviewing their work.
·
Communicating circuit highlights and lowlights to
improve design cycle time and resource allocation.

Qualifications:
·
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
·
Experience: Relevant experience in analog circuit design and
analysis.
·
Skills: Proficiency in using design and simulation tools such as Cadence,
Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics. Strong understanding of CMOS technology and
circuit design principles.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and the
ability to guide and mentor junior engineers.
