Job Description

KPMG is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Digital Trust S&G Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. This role involves performing risk and gap assessments on various applications, services, and infrastructure components while connecting with stakeholders globally.

Key Responsibilities

· Risk and Gap Assessments:

o Perform multiple risk and gap assessments on various applications, services, and infrastructure components.

· Stakeholder Engagement:

o Connect with various stakeholders across the globe to gather and communicate information security requirements.

· Information Security Compliance:

o Understand and implement various Information Security Compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, etc.

o Write information security policies and procedures as per best practices.

· Cybersecurity Tools and Solutions:

o Understand and use key cybersecurity tools and solutions.

o Assess the maturity of cybersecurity using various standards and guidelines.

· Communication and Team Collaboration:

o Effectively communicate security requirements and issues with clients' management.

o Collaborate with team members and participate in organizational initiatives on cybersecurity.

Required Qualifications and Skills

· Education:

o Bachelor of Science, Bachelor in Engineering or Technology, or a Master’s program in Technology/IT or Information Security.

· Certifications:

o ISO 27001:2013 LI/LA certification is mandatory.

o CISA, CISSP, and CISM certifications are preferred.

o Cloud certifications like CCSP and CompTIA would be an added advantage.

· Experience:

o Knowledge of various Information Security Compliance and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST.

o Experience in ISO 27001:2013 implementation for large organizations.

o Ability to assess the maturity of cybersecurity using various standards and guidelines.

· Skills:

o Ability to write information security policies and procedures as per best practices.

o Understanding of key cybersecurity tools and solutions.

o Strong communication skills to "talk the security language" with clients' management.

o Excellent team player willing to participate in the organization’s initiatives on cybersecurity.

o Impeccable interpersonal skills.

o Willingness to go the extra mile for client delivery and excellence.
