As a Data Analyst in the Digital & Analytics team in Bangalore, you
will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of
internal auditing. This position provides a unique opportunity to apply your

responsibilities will involve translating Group Internal Audit (GIA)
requirements into comprehensive end-to-end solutions utilizing GIA's existing
applications, reporting tools, and automation technologies. Additionally, you
will collaborate with IT and users to manage ongoing support activities,
identify improvements, and ensure compliance with Swiss Re's technology
policies.

The Group Internal Audit (GIA) team provides independent and objective
assurance, aiding the Board of Directors and Group Executive Committee in
protecting the organization’s assets, reputation, and sustainability. Our audit

the Group's internal control systems, ultimately improving operations. Our

About You
Education and
Experience:
·
University degree in Computer Science or
Engineering.
·
Demonstrated ability in analyzing significant data
volumes.
·
Experience in meeting business requirements with
technology solutions and supporting those applications.
·
Proficiency in SQL, at least one programming
language (e.g., Python), and reporting/data visualization tools (e.g.,
Tableau/Power BI).
·
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention
to detail.
·
Experience with agile working practices (e.g.,
scrum).
·
Preferred experience with robotic process
automation.
·
Preferred experience with internal audit or other
assurance providers like risk management and compliance.
