Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (Maintenance)

Your Tasks

· Maintenance Coordination: Manage and coordinate the maintenance engineering function of the plant/operations unit.

· System Upkeep: Responsible for maintaining the maintenance system functioning as defined in S-09.

· Target Achievement: Ensure the achievement of maintenance targets according to internal and external customer expectations.

· Project Management: Initiate and manage projects to improve overall equipment availability and reduce downtime.

· Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement activities by applying CBS methods and training measures.

· Knowledge Collaboration: Interface with functions and locations to gather and share knowledge.

· Overhauling Management: Manage and coordinate periodical overhauling of critical equipment to support quality and production systems.

· External Coordination: Coordinate with external service providers and suppliers for spares, AMCs, and other services.

· Downtime Analysis: Conduct frequent downtime analysis using systematic processes and tools, and implement solutions with the team.

· MHE Maintenance: Manage and coordinate maintenance of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).

· Employee Training: Initiate and control continuous learning/training of working employees in cooperation with plant HR.

· Performance Monitoring: Ensure maintenance performance (KPI) monitoring and reporting (e.g., downtime, MTTR, MTBF, energy, etc.).

· Operational Improvement: Initiate and control measures to improve operation and manufacturing engineering performance.

· Spare Standardization: Standardize spares and perform SAP coding for right stock maintenance.

· Documentation: Generate and maintain documentation required for TS, ISO, and other quality standards.

· 5S Management: Manage and coordinate 5S of the responsible area.

· Safety Installation: Plan and execute safety-related installation and maintenance at the supply chain.

Your Profile

· Education: University degree BE/BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a similar field.

· Experience: Around 1 year of relevant experience.
