Role Description

As an Intern in Data Analytics & BI, you will be responsible for managing data ingestion, warehousing, and management. Ensuring data accuracy and timely updates is crucial. You will also work on visualizing data using tools like Power BI and Tableau. Your key responsibilities will include:

· Developing and working with the Engineering team on codes for daily data upload activities.

· Evaluating the completeness of data from all sources.

· Ensuring timely execution of daily and monthly tasks related to data management and enrichment.

· Collaborating with internal teams to understand business goals, existing BI reports, KPIs, and raw data sources.

· Identifying key business metrics and developing ways to represent data.

· Creating and updating Tableau dashboards as per business requirements.

· Researching and reconciling data issues in reporting, providing recommendations for rationalizing current reporting inventory.

· Creating high-quality analytics/reports to translate them into value-added decisions.

Skills and Competencies

To excel in this role, you should have:

· Knowledge of Python, Cloudera Data Sciences Workbench, and R for Prescriptive Analysis and Forecasting.

· Strong experience in Reporting & Analytics.

· Proficiency in developing user-friendly and interactive dashboards using Tableau, Microsites, and Power BI.

· Knowledge of Trifecta for data wrangling and Tableau Prep.

· Understanding of Procure 2 Pay processes and integration with systems like Ariba and Coupa.

· Familiarity with ERP systems like Workday, PeopleSoft, and Oracle.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
