Job Description

As a Network Engineer at Wipro, you will be responsible for various network-related tasks to ensure efficient and effective network operations. Your role will include validating orders, configuring networks, and troubleshooting issues, among other responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Order Validation: Validate orders as per the scope of work.
Network Configuration: Assign and validate mandatory attributes for network configuration.
Coordination: Work with Order Managers to finalize the exact scope before configuration build.
Design Review: Review the network design shared by the design team.
Configuration Build: Build network configuration as per the scope and design.
Activation Calls: Join customer edge device activation calls, lead the call, and deploy the required device configuration.
Technical Coordination: Coordinate with L2 techs for complex issues.
Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot network issues by coordinating with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education: Should be a graduate.
Experience: Freshers with certification/course completed from a recognized institute or experienced candidates with a minimum of 6 months.
Skills:

Knowledge of network configuration.
Telecom Domain/IT related knowledge.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
PC literate with good system navigation skills.
Understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong focus on delivering results in a team environment.
Good logical thought process.
SDWAN trained or SDWAN trained and certified.

Work Conditions

Shift: Rotational shift with rotational week offs. Working flexibility on weekends is required.
Work Type: 50% voice and 50% non-voice support.
