Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic
and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Backend
Recruiting Services professional. In this role, you will support various
aspects of the recruitment process, including requisition supply, contingency
processes, and background checks. This position requires 0-1.5 years of
experience in a similar role and the willingness to work in rotational shifts
(US and India hours).
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the requisition supply
process by sourcing and screening potential candidates
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers
to understand their requirements and provide support as needed
- Conduct background checks on selected
candidates to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate
records in the recruitment database
- Provide administrative support to the
recruitment team, including drafting offer letters and managing candidate
correspondence
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment
best practices to contribute innovative ideas to the team
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to
process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business
